How are ride offers sent to me?

Offers matching your region, class and verification are pushed instantly. The first fleet to accept wins the job.

Can I give a ride back?

Yes — before pickup you can cancel a ride and it returns to the auction for other companies.

Who issues the EIX voucher & receipt?

You do, as the operating company. The platform handles dispatch and (soon) passenger billing.

When do I get verified?

Upload all required documents in Documents. Our compliance team reviews them, usually within 1 business day.
